Royal Academy of Music creates new professorship for violinist
London's Royal Academy of Music (RAM) has appointed Maxim to the new position of Menuhin Professor of Music. In his new role, he will visit the RAM every term to work with students in masterclasses and one-to-one lessons. He will kick off his new professorship on Monday 27 February, when he presents public masterclasses at the RAM.
